Invisible Ink

Ever wish you could send messages to your friends that no one else can see? Make your own invisible ink and the secret stays between the two of you.


Difficulty Level: Easy

Time: 10 minutes



Materials:
1 lemon
Knife
Bowl
Cotton swab
Piece of paper
Lamp or heat source

1. Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a bowl.

2. Dip a cotton swab into the lemon juice and write your message on a piece of paper. Make sure that the cotton swab is damp but not too wet.

3. Wait 10 to 20 minutes or until the paper has absorbed the lemon juice.

4. Carefully hold the paper next to a hot light bulb or radiator. Watch the heat reveal your hidden message.
