Thursday 20th August  – Somewhere in Time: Concert of World Film Music

What do Gone With the Wind, Star Wars, the Sound of Music and Jane Eyre have in common? They’re all going to be played this Thursday by the China Broadcasting Symphony Orchestra as part of a concert dedicated to classic movie soundtracks.

Saturday 22nd August – Happy Acrobatics: China National Acrobatics Troupe

The National Acrobatics troupe – the first of its kind in China – does more than just jump around in brightly colored lycra. Their show mixes traditional acrobatics and aerial acts with music, dance, drama and Chinese kung fu. This will wow children and adults alike. Tickets RMB 10-100. Two shows, 2pm and 7.30pm.
