In a nutshell: This down home southern smoked establishment feels cozy for all diners. The meat is readied in a brick smoke stack designed by the owners, to give it a savory flavor unlike anything outside the American heartland. That southern hospitality stretches all the way from the menu, to the hardwood decor and the smiling staff.
