There are hundreds of animals hoping to find loving homes in Beijing. If you are considering adopting a pet, Doggy/Moggy of the Week will feature animals from volunteer shelters, animal rescue groups, foster care providers, and pet owners needing to rehome animals. This week’s moggies, Dexter, Charlie, and The Giant, are from ICVS’ Adoptable Pets.
Name: Hi Everyone, we are 3 adorable black and white kitten siblings – Dexter, Charlie, and The Giant.
Background: We were born August 1, 2014 to a courtyard kitty. Our kind foster mom, Isabella, rescued us all and took us in. We are now happy and healthy and ready for adoption. We hope to find new loving forever homes in Beijing.
Personality: We are fun, fun, fun kittens and will give you a lifetime of loving companionship.
Ideal home: We would appreciate a home with older children (e.g., 12 years and older) or a couple or individual without kids.
Breed: Dexter and Charlie have short hair and The Giant has long hair.
Sex & Age: The Giant and Dexter are boys and Charlie is a girl. We are now 7-weeks old.
Medical notes: We have already been examined by our vets at ICVS and we are doing well! We will start our vaccinations soon and when we completed, we may be spayed and neutered.
Post-adoption care: The International Center for Veterinary Services (ICVS) has enrolled all of us into their Rescued/Stray/Rehomed Pet Adoption Benefits Program. ICVS will provide our new families with significant discounts (up to 50%) on our health examinations, vaccinations and spay/neuter surgeries during our first year with our new adoption families.
Official Vaccination Certificate: With our rabies vaccinations, we will receive the official Beijing Animal Health and Immunity Certificate (e.g., vaccination red book) issued by ICVS. We need these official vaccination red books to prove we have been legally and properly rabies vaccinated. We must have these official vaccination red books in order to move to another city or to leave China with our families.
