Michelin star chef Sebastien Sanjou is working together with Sofitel’s executive chef Yannick Ehrsam, chef de cuisine of Heritage Fatala Yohan, and executive pastry chef Teresa Ma.
Chef Sanjou obtained his star in 2013 and his dishes are light, modern, and based on local authentic produce. Chef Ehrsam is the only member in mainland China awarded with “Maltres Cuisiniers de France”, developing his passion for cooking and embracing the variety of the culinary culture between France and China. Chef Yohan’s cooking represents modern French cuisine at the Heritage. Chef Ma has been working for more than 27 years in five star hotels, and her sweets are delightful. This team of stars has blown us away on the opening night of their collaboration for the Hotel. And seats are still available to savor this culinary delight in the grand setting of the Sofitel Wanda Hotel.
