It’s always a joy visiting the markets in the spring and finding new treasures. The makers have been busy with new products, and there are new vendors are on the Beijing shopping scene. I have spend some pocket money trying new products, and taste testing food and drinks that make the summer a bit more fun in Beijing.
Gcdk De Sign
I am a big fan of anything to make my home look a bit more pretty, and it looks like these jewels will do the trick. Gcdk De Sign is a work of art which mixes precious craftsmanship and multicultural heritage.
Monikards
Making the mothers happy with a great sale – if you don’t know what to get her, get her a card!
The Green Room
Over the winter loads of pregnant bumps have been rubbed with oils from The Green Room. They were testing a new product, inspired by Jess from the Green Room who just gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Moms and mothers-to-be will be happy to know that this oil is fragrance free and safe to use in pregnancy.
Miss Muesli
Expending her muesli game into healthier options, with her new paleo mix. I have tried it with some fresh fruit, and I must say the mixture of almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and more is a delicious addition to the market scene.
Verve
The best smelling vendor around on any market, this lady makes lush bath bombs and soaps. I have tried the lavender bath bomb, and my daughter and I loved it; we both slept like babies.
Jar Jar Minx
Helen and Charlotte, the creators of Rumble in the Jumble, a monthly bazaar, have mastered cooking anything that fits in a jar, hence the name. Their bacon spread was to die for, and the ladies make some infused liquors that make market shopping a great experience.
VSP
This maker is always on the lookout for new potions to make life a little bit more fun and exciting. This time she surprised me with her newly created oils for some fun in between the sheets; if you are ready for a new addition to the family, go on over to try out her new oils.
