October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time when we’re all encouraged to get ourselves checked out as well as show our support for the cause in various ways.  For 25 years, this month-long campaign has grown to incorporate thousands of sponsors, millions of advocates, and increased funding that continues to search for treatments and cures.

*Mrs. Fields is officially open! A soft opening was held at Pinnacle Plaza on Friday, October 14, followed by the crowds rushing in on a beautiful Saturday afternoon! No doubt this will be a popular treat stop, as who can resist a warm, gooey, scrumptious cookie?!

*Connect with others in our area, old and new, at the INN Neighborhood Coffee Morning. On Thursday, October 20 from 10am-noon enjoy the food of Mrs. Shanen’s and the company of new friends. All are welcome!
