We love Wednesdays, not least of which because it means just two (and a half) more days to go until the weekend, but mainly because it gives us an excuse to give away more free stuff to you, dear reader.

This week it's time to say "cheese" - or "fromage" to be precise: We're giving away a basket of artisinal cheese - which includes such fine French varieties as tomme, pyramide, buchette, bleu cheese and "Beijing Grey," courtesy of Beijing's very own Le Fromager de Pekin, to the reader who can best describe their favorite cheese-laden dish (store-bought, restaurant or home-made) in Beijing.
