Shunyi Happenings: Expo Center Traffic Woes

Another convention at the International Exposition Center means that there is insane traffic in our area. Just driving home is a nightmare, not to mention going to and from schools or attempting to park at Euro Plaza. I am sure there is a logical explanation (!), but can someone tell me why expo attendees are not forced to use the ginormous parking lot that is actually AT the Expo Center?!
