A while ago in our family consultations, we decided to undertake a service project to reinforce in our children to the idea of giving back to the society and being grateful for what we have, unbeknown to us that it would benefit us more than what we thought we were giving! We decided to visit a foster center/orphanage. Without doubt the very first visit, not knowing what the expect, and the heart warming feeling we left with, is what stands out as the best (& most rewarding) moment of 2011 for me. Something as simple as spending time with those adorable children, hugging them, singing and playing together was such a win-win feeling! We soon decided to make it a regular event and have not regretted it since! Its been one of the better decision of 2011!! Wishing everyone a wonderful 2012, filled with love, good health and service!!
