A K-12 independent coeducational boarding and day school founded in 1993 that blends Eastern and Western educational methods and ideals. Our K-8 Bilingual curriculum entails 45 percent courses taught in Chinese according to guidelines set by the Chinese Bureau of Education, 45 percent American courses based on the California content standards, and 10 percent of intensive language courses as needed to ensure students become fully bilingual. Grades 9-12 teach a completely American curriculum following guidelines of the University of California admission standards, with additional courses on Chinese and Sinology.
