Café d’Or features two open kitchens and a "walk-through design" evoking "a public market, with gourmet showcases and spectacular live cooking stations presenting cuisines from China, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Europe." Daily lunch buffets (Mon-Sat) are RMB 88 (plus 15% service charge), and RMB 218 (plus 15% service charge) for dinner. The Grand Sunday Brunch (RMB 218, plus 15% service charge) goes from 11am-2pm.
