Offers lessons in Chinese cooking and traditional culture with local people in what was once Prince Xunjun’s Mansion, first built in 1760. Fangjia Kitchen invites top chefs in Beijing to teach cooking and each class focuses on a regional classic cuisine and introduces Chinese food culture with cooking demonstrations, hands-on sessions and meals. Cooking classes are Thur–Sun, 11am–2pm, RMB 300 per person (cash only), seating capacity is eight. Includes an eight-course gourmet dinner with free flow of wine. Friday and Saturday, 6.30pm–9.30pm, RMB 300 per person (cash only), seating capacity is 20. You also can book for your own private class or event here. RMB 400 per person(minimum four people)
