Part of the Guangdong Provincial Government Beijing Office, this is the only place in Beijing that serves dim sum from Hong Kong-style wheel carts (before 11am), although the real Hong Kong buzz is missing. A la carte dishes are served in the afternoons and the kitchen is open until midnight.
