Ivy Bilingual School teaches a curriculum informed by the Multiple Intelligences theory. Both Chinese- and English-speaking teachers are present in the classroom at the same time in order to offer a truly bilingual environment. Students are expected to understand, speak, read and write basic characters by the time they graduate from the program; about 60% of the children enrolled at Ivy Bilingual graduate into local elementary schools, while about 40% move on to international schools.
