Offers weekly 45-minute classes for 0-6-year-old children and their parents or caregivers. Activities include songs, rhythm chants, movement, and instrument play. These activities are presented as informal, non-performance oriented musical experiences - developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers.

I love this group. No pressure, no performance, no "getting it right" just plain relaxed fun and letting kids explore musically and socially, in their own way and in their own time. Michelle and Chloe are fabulous examples of musicianship and fun!

Enriching and exciting for babies, toddlers and kids! And every single exercise builds actual music skills (aural memory, melody, rhythm, joining in the group but only if internally motivated to, not forced!)

The CD is very well-made with a variety of musical styles and traditional cultural traditions represented (South African Lullaby, Appalachian Folk song, Eastern European Jewish "Nigun", Catalonian children's song, one Traditional Chinese song in the STICKS section this term, too), There are a few original songs and they have modern structure and styling (folk/soft pop feel, very well done acoustic rhythm and lead guitar mostly, with some flute, piano, violin, bass, drums).

The big thing is that I WANT to listen to this CD. My three kids love it and I probably love it even more. This is a really special music program.
