A prime example of successful franchise localization, Beijing's Pizza Huts do much more than sinicized pizza (i.e. the crispy shrimp pizza, RMB 68) by serving everything from "sirloin" steak to select dim sum dishes (i.e. egg tarts). The real cultural experience, however, is witnessing yuppies attack the one-trip-only salad bar and constructing towering constructions of raw veggies held together with thousand island dressing.
