I recently went to SALT as part of DiningCity's Beijing Restaurant Week. The restaurant had a very reasonable three-course set menu at RMB 248. My dining companion had the rack of lamb, while I picked the black open lasagna. Our meal was rounded off with a bottle of reasonably-priced wine. The food was excellent, and the service was warm and attentive.
