Equally flavorful and spicy, the Roadhouse’s Chinese homestyle cooking (jia chang cai) - including hot from the pan Mutianyu almonds, baby back ribs and fresh rainbow trout - dispenses with unnecessary subtleties and in favor of hefty portions.
