Party Fitness is an hour long intense dance work out designed to suit everybody and bring people together to sweat it on. Party Fitness involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included. Don’t need to be a dancer. Just join us for some sweaty fun..
