How much the apple powerbook g4 battery cost? My apple laptop battery only last 10 minutes, any method to extend the battery life?

How long ago was it purchased? You might get a replacement under warranty - free.
If you must try one more time. Then totally drain the battery. TOTALLY. And then recharge for full 48 hour cycle. But if it's giving only 10 minutes, Im not sure it will help that much

I drain my battery a few times a year.... it's a good practice in general for making your battery last longer. a poke online tells me a G4 battery costs about $100 in the US... not sure how much it would be to get one from apple. also, there's the labor cost.
hmmm, wonder if applecare covers the battery. any other macsters out there?
