Me too I wouldn't agree on the abortion.....however it was just to be 100% sure, and also is the surest way to know the sex!
Me and my wife are going at Amcare, and we are very happy. And actually the price is cheaper than what I have previously written in the other post: less than 1500RMB for consultation, ecography and down syndrome test (16th week).

I've never had one done before, but I know they offer this service at Mary's Hospital, Amcare, and Beijing United.

I opted not to because, no matter what, I would not abort. ("Terminate" they call it)
AND there's a risk to the fetus of miscarriage. So I said no.

Amnio causes miscarriage in one or two out of 100 procedures.
And a range of very disturbing injuries, too.
