Cherries, cherries and cherries!!!

Sijiqing 15th Cherry festival. HanHe Road in the north Haidian district. Running through June 25.

What a fun idea for the little one. We took our 1 year old to forage in the fields. She ate about a kilo of strawberries, cherries and apricots and got as messy as she pleased.

There are a few farms along the road there, heading north we stopped at the first one on the right. They had a place to eat, a lot of fresh veggies to choose from, playground for the kids and a golf-cart shuttle. We got there early, which turned out to be a good idea as it filled with people quickly about noon time. It wasn't the cheapest event, but the price for the experience was well worth it. I spent about 300 RMB for the event, there are cheaper ones along the way.
