Sharpening blades for Ice skates

the Le Cool Ice Rink in Guomao offers this service ... though I was not impressed with the sharpening job they did on my skates. When I asked the ice skating coaches that teach there, they provided me with the not-so-helpful repsonse of the name of someone in southeastern Beijing (too far for me) and added that the coaches always sharpen their skates by themselves with hand tools ...
