2010-12 The Ritz-Carlton Beijing Financial Street Christmas Tree
In December 2010, The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street recently began its festive activities with a colorful display of lights, a cloud of confetti, nostalgia from Christmas carolers and even the traditional sounds of French horns. Over four hundred distinguished guests and friends of The Ritz-Carlton, Financial Street witnessed the lighting of the 9m tall Christmas tree magnificently adorned with over 2,500 twinkling fairy lights. The celebration continued through the evening with guests enjoying a decadent spread of festive food and desserts, homemade mulled wine and champagne.
In the spirit of giving, the hotel was also excited to have raised over RMB 25,000 for the underprivileged children in Beijing through a spontaneous donation drive and a silent charity auction held that evening.
