The Hilton Wangfujing recently unveiled their Sunday Fizztastic
Champagne Brunch. It features a Kidz Paradise playroom where your little ones can watch cartoons and movies, doodle in activity books and play with toys in a supervised area. There’s also a kids’ buffet serving mini burgers, chicken wings, hot dogs, mini pizzas, as well as popcorn and cotton candy stations. RMB 368 per adult (with a 15% service charge, includes free flow of champagne and beverages), children ages 6-12 get 50% off, kids under 6 eat free. Sun 11.30am-3pm. Zen5es at The Westin Chaoyang
Dim sum delights for the whole family are available on weekends at this Cantonese restaurant in the Westin Chaoyang. Beijingwithkids.com recommends Zen5es for its playroom that has a TV, video games, toys and most importantly, an amazing on-staff ayi. Blue Frog (Europlaza)
Blue Frog’s Europlaza branch in Shunyi has a kids’ menu (that it shares with the Sanlitun branch) and a “Lil’ Frogs” playroom complete with computers, a kids’ bar serving gummy candies and lollipops, a TV and DVD player and two Sony Playstations. Peppes
Now under new management, Peppes is more kid-friendly than ever. On offer is an expanded menu as well as a second-floor play area packed with toys and games. Rumi
The popular Sanlitun-area restaurant is famous for its unique Persian cuisine and sleek design, but families flock here for the toy-filled play area tucked in the corner of the dining area. Tots can draw, build and romp to their hearts' content while mom and dad (and other patrons) can dine in relative peace. You can also try the Familier Chaowai SOHO. They are most likely an Playground with restaurant, not the otherway around; however, they offer some serious italian food by ex-Rainforest Cafe chef.
In terms of peaceful dining, I guess they really beats the others since they have their own caretakers care after the children - let you away from your kids or play happily together.

Haidilao - the hotpot chain. They also have caretakers.
Also, Peppes has since closed.
