Their ingredients are AWFUL.

Mono & Diglycerides,
Artificial Flavor,
Sodium Benzoate & Potassium Sorbate (preservatives),
Corn Syrup, High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS),
Artificial Colors ( Red 40, Blue 2, Green 3),
Polysorbate 80 (also known as "tween", it is linked to infertility in lab animals).

You're MUCH better off getting a pint of Ben & Jerry's or Haagen Dasz and curling up on the couch!
