On Tuesday, the government released a new 5 year plan with regards to improving family education which allows for the incorporation of family education guidance into the country’s public service system. The document issued states that "the five-year plan will play a significant role in boosting the qualities of parents and ensuring the healthy growth of minors”. The document also states that the government will build schools for parents and family education guidance, and that by 2015, they aim for these centers to exist in 80 percent of urban communities and 60 percent of administrative villages.
