<div><span>Summer is in full swing. It is during these long hot months that we crave cold drinks: orange juice, cold coffee, you name it. It might all taste good to you or maybe not so great, but beware of what you&rsquo;re drinking. They might cool you down momentarily, but do these drinks have something to hide? </span>&nbsp;</div>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<div><span>Nutritionist Olivia Lee gives us some pointers on how to stay healthy this summer by cracking down on what&rsquo;s really in these cold drinks.</span></div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>

<div>Other summer drinks beware! Lee is here to divulge your deepest sugary secrets.</div>
