Zongzi is a Chinese snack made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo, reed, or other large leaves. They are traditionally eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival, which falls on June 2 this year. Making zongzi is a family event in which everyone helps out, so learn how to make them with Chinese Cooking Adventure.
If the holiday weekend sees you over-indulging in too much of the sticky stuff, get out to a Heyrobics workout. These sessions are fast, fun, and a fabulous way to get fit. Are your kids interested in mixed martial arts (MMA)? Sign them up for the Black Tiger Fight Club summer camp.
