The season for pumpkin carving, fun costumes, and a mixed bag of tricks and treats has finally arrived. We don’t know about you, but Halloween is probably one of our favorite holidays of the entire calendar year. It’s a day filled with numerous childhood memories of running around the neighborhood dressed like a crazy person while methodically plotting your route to hit up the houses that served the best sweets. While this sort of opportunity doesn’t really exist here in its traditional form, it’s important to keep these traditions alive.
That’s why we will be once again hosting our annual Halloween Costume Party at the Canadian International School of Beijing on Oct 28-29. This year, with our fantastic and jurassic party theme, it will be a harrowing event the whole family will enjoy. After all, we will be the house with the best candy this Halloween.
We have plenty going on throughout this weekend-long party to keep things terrifyingly fun, starting with our massive haunted house. It will be the biggest and most age-appropriately terrifying haunted house in the city. With prizes from our treasure hunt, Halloween themed games, and other fun and scary things lurking around every corner, you’ll love how we transform CISB to completely embody the ghoulish characteristics of this hallowed holiday.
This year we will also be collaborating with an army of dinosaurs to keep things lively. 10 breakdancing tyrannosaurus rex dinosaurs will be doing the “Monster Mash” and taking the party to uncharted jurassic territories. They are a fun bunch, and we’re pretty sure that they have been genetically modified to only eat pizza and candy, so everyone at the party will be safe.
To top it all off, we will have a zombie Nerf Gun fight. This game will be great target practice for all the kids out there to prepare for the slight possibility of a zombie invasion. Though highly unlikely it’s still good to be prepared, and we couldn’t think of a better way to show our dislike for the undead.
Finally, commemorate the terrifying experience of our annual costume party with a free family portrait. A memorable, one-of-a-kind Halloween experience like no other awaits!
Need more info about the party or wish to purchase tickets (RMB 150 adults, RMB 250 kids)? Extract the QR code above to reserve your spot today. We will be running two sessions (9.30-11.30am or 2-4pm) on each day (Oct 28-29) for you to choose from. We hope you are ready for this action packed weekend of screams and Halloween fun!
