There is good news for vegans or vegetarians this Thanksgiving: Arrow Factory is doing Vegan Thanksgiving Dinners that feature an Aubergine, Lentil and Mushroom Duxelles Wellington with vegan sides and Apple Pie with Vegan Custard for dessert.
